Built for Melbourne tradies

A website that brings in customers, and an AI receptionist that never misses a call.

You're under a house, up a ladder, or halfway to Ringwood. The phone rings out, and that job goes to whoever picked up first. I fix both ends of it: a website that makes you look like a business worth trusting with fifteen grand, and a voice that answers when your hands are full.

  • Fixed prices, no surprises
  • Live in about a week
  • You talk to me, not a call centre

Try it right now

Press the button below and have a real conversation with the same kind of AI receptionist I'd set up for your business. It answers questions, takes details, and books a call.

Talk to my AI receptionist

Takes about a minute. You'll need to allow microphone access.

The problem

Two quiet leaks in a good trade business

Neither one announces itself. You just notice the work has gone quiet and you can't say why.

The call you didn't answer

Water's coming through someone's ceiling. They ring you. It goes to voicemail, so they hang up and ring the next tradie on the list. You never find out that call happened, and it was a two grand job.

Most people won't leave a message, and most ring three tradies and go with whoever picks up first.

The website that makes you look like everyone else

No site, a Facebook page last touched in 2019, or a template with a stock photo of a tradie in a hard hat. Someone spending fifteen grand on a bathroom looks you up first, and decides in about four seconds whether you're a real business or someone with a ute and a Facebook page.

They're checking you on a phone, usually standing in the room they want fixed.

Two things, done properly

How it works

Live demo

Don't take my word for it — ring it

This is a working AI receptionist answering for my own business. Ask it what I charge, how long a site takes, or whether it can book you in. It's the same thing I'd set up to answer your phone.

Ready when you are

Your browser will ask for microphone access — that's how it hears you. Nothing is stored from this demo beyond what Vapi needs to run the call, and you can hang up at any time.

Rather not use your microphone? Call 0410 101 110 and the same assistant will answer.

How it works

Three steps, no homework

A free 15-minute call

Tell me what your business does and where the leaks are. I'll tell you straight whether I can help and what it'd cost. No obligation, no sales pitch.

I build it

I write the words, build the site, and train the receptionist on your prices, hours and the questions you get asked twenty times a week. You review it before anything goes live.

You get customers

The site starts showing up when people search. The phone gets answered every time. You get a text with the details after every call.

Concept projects

I'm building this business up, so these are concept projects — sites I've designed and built to show what I can do, not paying clients. I'd rather show you real work than a stock photo.

Who you'd be dealing with

Hi, I'm Aryan

I'm studying IT at Monash and I've spent the last few years in customer service and sales — which means I've watched from the inside how much work walks out the door when nobody picks up the phone.

Pitstop Digital is me, not an agency. You deal with the person who builds the thing. I work with trades around Melbourne's eastern suburbs, I explain things without the jargon, and I'll tell you straight when you don't need something.

Deliberately empty. As soon as I've done work for real local businesses, their words go in this space — nothing made up in the meantime.

Questions

The things people ask first

Will the AI receptionist sound like a robot?

Have a go at the demo above and judge for yourself. It talks, listens and interrupts like a person does. It's also upfront about being an AI if someone asks — I think pretending otherwise is a bad look for your business.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Calls to your existing number can be forwarded to the receptionist, either all the time or only when you don't pick up within a few rings.

What happens if it can't answer something?

It takes a message and sends it to you by text and email straight away, with the caller's name, number and what they wanted. Nothing gets lost.

How long does a website take?

A one-page site is usually about a week from our first call. Up to five pages is two to three weeks. The main thing that slows it down is waiting on photos and content from you.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The site, the domain and the accounts are in your name and yours to keep. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can.

I'm hopeless with computers. Is that a problem?

Not remotely — that's exactly who this is built for. I handle all of it, and I won't ask you to learn anything or log in to anything you don't want to.

Let's find out if I can help

Fifteen minutes on the phone. I'll ask what your business does, where the enquiries come from, and what's falling through the cracks. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.
